Returns and Exchanges

IN STORE: Only exchanges. No Refunds. 



Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be un-used and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Example: If we receive a pair of boots that have scuffs or scrapes on the bottom soles, they will get sent back.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).

Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.

Guadalajara Western Wear is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Returns for a Refund: A full refund will be applied if you ship it your self and use your own shipping label.  

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 days.

STORE CREDIT:  For returns requesting store credit, you will get as a gift card.

If boot box or hat box are not returned with item, there will be an additional  $10.00 charge. 

If shipped back without an exterior shipping box, there will be an additional  $10.00 charge.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
